• The ability to work well independently and multi-task.
• Experience in a similar role or a keen interest in pursuing a culinary career.
• The ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressured environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends as per business needs.
• Be astrong Chef, with the ability to train, Coach and develop junior chefs
• Atleast 1 year experience as a Chef
• Rightto Work in the UK
• Excellentculinary and presentation skills
• Behappy running a section ensuring high standards are maintained at alltimes
• Assistthe Head chef/Sous chef in the smooth running of the kitchen
• Settingan example and guiding for junior chefs
• To complete all training in a timely manner
• Tocomply with the statutory requirements for fir, health and safety,licensing and employment law and to ensure that other team members arealso aware of these requirements and are working in accordance with them
• Ensuring that you can follow the Food safety laws and requirements
• Havea positive and approachable manner alongside strong team player qualities
