Mitchells & Butlers PLC is offering an Apprentice Chef role at Colcot Arms Hotel, part of Sizzling Pub & Grill. You will train in a fast-paced kitchen, work under a team of passionate chefs, and gain a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship while contributing to guest experiences.
Expect 30 hours paid work per week with comprehensive training, as you learn brand standards, recipes, and kitchen operations. You’ll also enjoy a 33% staff discount, pension, 28 days holiday, and other benefits.
