We need a Retail Store Manager who is experienced and full of energy to run our phone business. The person who gets the job will be in charge of running the store every day and making sure that customers get great service. This job is a great chance for a driven person with good leadership and organisational skills to boost sales and improve the store’s performance.

It is quite helpful to be able to speak more than one language so that you can talk to a wide range of customers. The best applicant will have proven management expertise in retail settings and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with personnel to motivate and guide them.

• Lead and oversee the store team, creating a positive and productive place to work.
• Take care of the store’s daily operations, such as opening and closing procedures.
• Make plans for sales that will help you meet or beat your goals.
• Oversee merchandising to make sure that things are exhibited in a way that makes them seem good and that stock levels are kept up.
• Set up the timetable and make sure there are enough people on duty during busy times.
• Give great customer service by quickly answering questions and fixing problems.
• Keep track of sales reports and inventory logs, among other administrative information.
• Keep an eye on store performance measures and make reports for the director.
• Ensure that company rules are followed.
