About the Role
As our Evening Customer Service Team Member, you’ll be the welcoming face of the park during evening and night-time hours. From supporting guests with queries to responding to emergencies and ensuring the park remains safe and secure, you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth, enjoyable guest experience.
Working closely with the Duty Manager, you’ll take responsibility for guest interactions, general maintenance checks, security patrols and responding to any urgent issues that may arise. Your calm, professional manner will help ensure guests feel supported throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm, professional welcome to every guest
- Act as the main point of contact during evening hours
- Respond to emergencies, including maintenance, health or security incidents
- Complete check‑ins and issue welcome information
- Carry out park checks using company vehicles
- Maintain strong knowledge of park facilities, accommodation and activities
- Patrol the park, conduct lock‑up procedures and support security
- Perform general lighting, cleanliness and maintenance checks
- Handle urgent maintenance or housekeeping issues
- Manage guest complaints with patience and professionalism
- Record incidents and accidents accurately
- Support bar and entertainment teams when required
- Monitor cleanliness of toilet facilities
- Communicate effectively with all departments
- Complete all checklists and online maintenance reports
- Deliver and connect gas bottles as required
- Support wider park operations as needed
- Basic maintenance skills or knowledge (preferred but not essential)
- A friendly, confident and approachable manner
- The ability to remain calm and positive under pressure
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Motivation to work independently and as part of a team
- A professional appearance and attitude
- A full, clean driving licence
- First Aid or Fire Warden experience (preferred)
- Good knowledge of the local area (preferred)
30 hours per week, 5 pm – 1 am shifts. Includes evenings, weekends, school holidays and bank holidays. This role involves lone working.
