Farmfoods is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for their shop in Tondu, Bridgend. This role involves working 43 hours across 5 days each week, including weekends. The successful candidate will work closely with the shop manager to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for developing retail assistants, managing the shop in the absence of the manager, and motivating the team to control operational costs. Experience in a managerial role, and a friendly attitude are essential.
