Dunelm is looking for a Deputy Manager (Customer Experience Coach) for their Jersey store. This role involves managing all stock processes and commercial activities, while supporting the Store Coach in their absence. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a retail environment, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and a passion for stock management.
The role also includes responsibilities for trading the store to ensure sales growth and leading a team of approximately 30 colleagues, ensuring a great shopping experience for all customers.
