- Travel frequently, visiting clients across Europe and beyond.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and execute a coherent sales strategy that supports business growth and geographical diversification while maintaining brand positioning.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities and initiatives to generate revenue and profitable growth.
- Strong, self‑driven, and determined character with a proven track record of sales success within the packaging industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving, growth‑driven environment.
