We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager with a strong background in international outbound BPO sales processes to lead our UK-based B2C sales function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing British technology company offering telecom, IT, and security solutions to residential customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing outbound sales team targeting UK residential customers.
- Drive performance across multiple sales pods, ensuring KPIs and conversion targets are consistently met.
- Optimize dialer strategies, lead allocation, and campaign execution for maximum ROI.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and Sales Executives to enhance productivity and morale.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior leadership.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing international outbound voice processes in a BPO or contact centre environment.
- Proven track record in B2C sales , preferably in telecom, IT, or home security domains.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Experience with dialer systems, CRM tools, and sales analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to relocate or work remotely with occasional travel to UK offices.
