About the Role

• Deliver compelling sales presentations during residential campaigns, highlighting the value of our brand’s products and services.
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Improve communication and negotiation skills to close deals and exceed sales targets.
• Apply industry systems and processes to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Receive full product coaching and ongoing mentoring to excel in the role.

• No qualifications required.
• Experience not necessary; previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, direct sales, data entry, administration, receptionist, store supervisor, front of house, or similar roles welcomed.
• Flexible schedule, Monday‑to‑Saturday, with at least 5 days per week commitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Non‑UK citizens on Tier 4 student or Tier 2 skilled work visas should not apply; dependent visas are eligible.
• Age 18 or over.

This role operates on a commission‑based structure only, offering limitless earning potential. Average earnings range from £24 000 to £30 000 per annum (approximately £450 to £600 per week).
