* * About the Job
** We’re looking for a commercially focused Account Director to take ownership of a portfolio of strategic customers within the IT channel.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive revenue growth, deepen existing relationships, and identify new opportunities across technology, services and cloud solutions.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, working closely with both internal teams and customer stakeholders to deliver long-term value, influence decision-making, and build strong, strategic partnerships.

* Core responsibilities:
**** Own and grow a portfolio of key managed accounts (VARs, MSPs, GSIs, enterprise customers)
* Develop and execute account plans aligned to revenue, profitability, and growth targets
* Build strong, multi-level relationships across customer organisations
* Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions with key partners
* Act as the senior escalation point, ensuring a high-quality customer experience
* Identify opportunities to expand adoption of strategic platforms and solutions
* Run regular business reviews, using data to drive performance and growth conversations
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, vendor, and specialist teams
* Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM systems
* Represent the business in customer engagements, meetings, and industry events

*** Experience in IT sales or account management with delivery against revenue targets
* Proven ability to develop and expand customer relationships
* Sound commercial awareness with experience supporting negotiations
