• Maintain a high level of attendance and commitment throughout the project.

• A minimum of 2 years of site experience, preferably in demolition work.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, including breakers, recip saws, adjustables/sockets, crowbars, and impact drills.
• A strong work ethic and a proven history of high attendance.
• A desire for long-term work, with the project expected to last up to 1 year.
