Package & Benefits
  • £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus £5,000 annual enhancement.

About the Company

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and review care plans for children receiving support, including those on child protection plans.
  • Work with families to build resilience and reduce risks through network engagement.
  • Provide consistent support to families throughout pre‑proceedings and court processes.
  • Contribute to long‑term planning that improves outcomes for children and young people.
About You
  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in children and families services.
  • Registered with Social Work Wales.
  • Experience managing child protection and care planning cases.
