• £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus £5,000 annual enhancement.
• Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
• Manageable caseloads capped at 20 to 22 children depending on complexity.
• Access to family aides, social care officers, and business support.
• Ongoing training, supervision, and clear progression pathways.
• Full and part-time positions available.

• Manage and review care plans for children receiving support, including those on child protection plans.
• Work with families to build resilience and reduce risks through network engagement.
• Provide consistent support to families throughout pre‑proceedings and court processes.
• Contribute to long‑term planning that improves outcomes for children and young people.

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in children and families services.
• Registered with Social Work Wales.
• Experience managing child protection and care planning cases.
