Stori is looking for a Support Worker to be based in our 24/7 supported housing projects in Carmarthen, offering emotional and practical support to young people aged 16-24 with high level complex needs (no personal care).
The role is 32 hours per week with paid sleep-in shifts; shifts cover days, afternoons, evenings, weekends. You will help young people progress to independent accommodation, subject to a DBS check.
