Vale of Glamorgan Council's Vale Employability Team seeks a Disability Employment & Engagement Mentor to support individuals with disabilities to access volunteering, placements, training and paid work. You will manage a caseload, provide mentoring and in-work support, and build relationships with employers and partners to secure sustainable employment outcomes.
The role is full-time (37 hours per week), based in Barry with travel across the Vale, fixed-term, with Enhanced DBS.
