Moxie People is recruiting a Domestic Abuse Practitioner for the DART Team in Barry to deliver trauma-informed support to survivors of violence and abuse. You will act as a frontline adviser, manage a diverse caseload, and coordinate with partners to promote safety and empowerment.
You will assess risks, develop bespoke safety plans, advocate for housing options, and ensure records comply with GDPR while maintaining compassionate, client-centered care.
