About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience supporting people affected by domestic abuse, safeguarding or other complex needs.
  • A strong understanding of domestic abuse, coercive control, trauma and its impact on individuals and families.
  • Experience undertaking risk assessments and developing effective safety plans.
  • IDVA qualification or other relevant accredited VAWDASV qualification is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, advocacy and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build trusting relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.

  • A supportive and collaborative working environment.
  • Professional development and training opportunities.
  • The chance to work alongside experienced professionals and partner agencies.
  • A rewarding role within a service committed to improving outcomes for people affected by domestic abuse.
