Bridgend County Borough Council is recruiting two Family Support Worker posts to work 37 hours per week on a fixed term until 31 March 2027.
You will join an Early Help Locality Team, liaising with partner services and using Signs of Wellbeing/TAF systems to identify needs and support families. Welsh language ability, DBS enhanced check and driving licence are required;
