The Brand Ambassador provides personalized customer service and an inspiring shopping experience. This role supports sales goals, store standards, and an inclusive team environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent service and meet or exceed individual sales objectives and performance indicators.
- Assist customers with styling, product knowledge, fitting room needs, and available customer programs.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, support replenishment and floor sets, and complete opening and closing tasks.
- Uphold visual standards, participate in training, and share product feedback and opportunities with management.
- Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
