Case Aide

Pay: $21.86/hr – $21.86/hr.

• Maintain accountability for clients’ location at all times and implement agency policies and procedures governing facility operations, including client supervision, key control, head counts, monitoring clients’ location and visitors log, and emergency procedures.
• Collect intake data, develop and document program plan goals with clients; monitor treatment stipulations, job readiness preparation, and community resource referrals.
• Assist in client orientation as assigned; recommend corrective action to supervisor as required and monitor ongoing progress.
• Coordinate discharges with referral agencies.
• Supervise client work assignments and check for satisfactory completion.
• Adhere to program procedures and enforce rules, regulations, and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Monday–Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

$21.86.

• Bachelor’s Degree with three (3) years of experience in social services or a similar field; education may be substituted with experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Good written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

• Two (2) weeks’ vacation accrued within the first year, increasing to three (3) weeks after one year of service.
