Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Case Aide to join our team at our new Multi‑Dimensional Anti‑Recidivism Partnership (MAP) located in the Victorville/Barstow, CA MAP Program. MAP is an innovative program dedicated to engaging the community and providing rehabilitative programming for justice‑involved individuals. We focus on promoting long‑term, self‑sustaining skills through vocational training and personal development services. This unique model hosts a variety of sub‑contractors at one site to reduce barriers for clients.
CSI understands clients and staff have been impacted by trauma. CSI is becoming a trauma‑informed organization by hiring individuals with existing experience in trauma‑informed practices as well as supporting ongoing staff development with trauma‑informed practices. This will include learning to recognize symptoms of trauma and how to respond, through training starting at orientation and throughout their career is committed to systematically evaluating the integration of the trauma‑informed values of safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration, and empowerment at all levels of the organization’s policies, procedures, and structures to guard against the possibility of re‑traumatization.

- Maintains accountability for clients’ location at all times and implements all Agency policies and procedures governing facility operations, including Client Supervision, Key Control, Head Counts, Monitoring of clients’ location and visitors log, and Emergency and other program‑required procedures.
- Collects intake data, develops and documents program‑plan goals with clients, monitors treatment stipulations, job readiness preparation, and community resource referrals. Assists in client orientation as assigned. Makes recommendations to the supervisor for corrective action as required and monitors on an ongoing basis.
- Coordinates discharges with referral agencies.
- Supervises client work assignments and checks for satisfactory completion.
- Adheres to program procedures and enforces rules, regulations, and policies. Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Hourly Rate: $21.86
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree with three (3) years’ experience in social services or similar field. Education may be substituted with experience on a year‑for‑year basis.
- Good written and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Two (2) weeks’ vacation accrued within the first year, bumped to three (3) weeks after 1 year of service.
- Sick time (7 days accrual basis), floating holiday time (4 days/year).
