We're currently seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests and help ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.

• Greet all visitors and customers in a courteous, professional manner
• Answer multi-line phone system, route calls, and take messages
• Schedule service appointments and assist with customer check-in
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing mail
• Support other departments with administrative needs as requested

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous front desk or receptionist experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of learning dealership systems
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
