Facilitation Specialist

Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS), in support of the U.S. Department of State’s Global Advisory Program, is seeking qualified Technical Advisors (Operational Level) for overseas assignments. This role supports partner governments and organizations in a variety of disciplines such as logistics, compliance, operations, security, human resources, and disaster response. Technical Advisors will help build institutional capacity and self-reliance in support of U.S. foreign policy and security objectives.

• Advise host nation and partner organization personnel at the operational level.
• Deliver technical support in one or more specified disciplines.
• Design and lead project implementation plans aligned with mission objectives.
• Provide actionable advice and analysis to improve partner capabilities.
• Collaborate with U.S. government and foreign counterparts to align efforts.
• Support institutional development and sustainable operations.
• Apply innovative solutions to solve technical and operational challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Minimum three (6) years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience living and/or working overseas.
• Experience working with mid-level government or military personnel.
• Technical expertise in areas such as logistics, compliance, disaster response, operations, or training programs.
• TS/TCI Clearance.
