Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Manager at HAC, Inc., located in Henryetta, OK. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and company standards. Responsibilities include supervising pharmacy staff, managing inventory, dispensing prescriptions, and providing immunizations. The Pharmacy Manager will also deliver excellent service to customers, ensuring prompt and accurate fulfillment of prescription needs while maintaining a patient-focused environment that promotes health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pharmacy Practice and Prescription management
• Experience supervising Pharmacy Technicians and ensuring safe practices
• Expertise in providing Immunization services and compliance with regulations
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, policies, and regulations related to Pharmacy
• State licensure as a licensed Pharmacist is required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively in a pharmacy setting
