Your role as a Pastry Cook will be to ensure that our standards are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. We are searching for a skilled and creative Pastry Cook who can prepare quality and consistent pastries for all areas while contributing to the success of our daily pastry operations.
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:

- Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and confections, ensuring each creation is a feast for the eyes and a treat for the tastebuds.

- Follow established recipes and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in every dish.

- Work closely with the pastry team and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.

- Assist in the preparation and decoration of pastries for special events and occasions.

- Receive and check orders and requisitions, ensuring all necessary ingredients are available.

- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or issues to the Executive Chef.

- Contribute to maintaining technical worksheets, recipes, and costings.

- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure coordination and timely responses to requests.
