The PEDD (Pre Employment Due Diligence) Associate III, Talent Acquisition supports the recruiting team, candidates, and other key stakeholders through the PEDD process. The Associate will build strong relationships with colleagues and customers to quickly, courteously, and effectively respond to PEDD issues. The Associate will have opportunities to develop problem solving, customer service, and communication skills.
What You’ll Do- Identify and validate PEDD requirements for positions, including drug testing pool, background check requirements, and medical requirements
- Send initiation communications to candidates regarding PEDD requirements
- Monitor candidate PEDD progress and work with background check, medical, drug testing, and physical agility testing vendors to ensure efficiency and compliance with Phillips 66 requirements and the law
- Escalate issues when necessary, in a timely manner and support updates to process documentation to ensure consistency
- Communicate with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and candidates proactively throughout the PEDD process and confirm start dates once candidates have cleared
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and offering solutions to enhance the PEDD experience
- Anticipate and adopt innovations in technology to optimize the PEDD and recruiting processes
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months or more of administrative support, Human Resources, and/or Talent Acquisition experience
- Working knowledge of Pre Employment Due Diligence processes such as background checks, drug screens, and medical requirements
- Intermediate or greater level of proficiency with Success Factors Recruiting
- Intermediate or greater level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $60,500- $73,920.
