• Bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business.
• Use data analytics to assess processes, outline problems, opportunities, and solutions to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services.
• Showcase expertise by supporting the continual service improvement process.
• Accountable for: experience with managed services and providers; providing business analysis for managed print, UPS, and Litigation Hold services; defining solutions functionally; translating requirements into specifications; supporting the IS Service Manager in incident, problem planning, and resolution; confirming delivered solutions meet specifications within User Acceptance Tests (UAT); managing, maintaining, and optimizing internal and cross‑functional processes related to IS Services; demonstrating ability or experience working with critical IT infrastructure;
  
  knowledge of multifunction printers, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and data preservation methods; and knowing DellEMC Avamar, Veeam, Xerox printer OS, and ITIL/ITSM.

• Immersed in business analysis methodologies and enterprise IS architecture, with deep understanding of the managed services market.
• Experience supporting IS services such as managed print, UPS, and Litigation Hold, supplying technical and process expertise to drive solution decisions.
• Possess enhanced knowledge of DellEMC Avamar, Veeam, Xerox printer OS, and ITIL/ITSM frameworks, applying best practices in service delivery and continual improvement.
• Passionate about customer service and effective communication—ensuring stakeholder alignment and satisfaction across technical and business domains.
• Track record in identifying and prioritizing functional requirements and translating them into actionable specifications.
• Highly adept in selecting, adopting, and adapting business analysis tools and techniques to shape IS solutions that align with strategic enterprise goals.
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Proficient in English, both orally and in writing, tailoring messages to technical and non‑technical audiences.
