Our client seeks an experienced Technology Change Manager to support the global adoption and sustainment of a technology program across a hotel portfolio. The contractor will develop change management, communications, engagement, and enablement activities designed to drive long-term user adoption and business value realization. The role will plan how change should be introduced to hotels and how the program should be marketed.

The contractor will translate complex deployment topics into understandable materials for hotel audiences and support global franchise adoption across markets.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70.00 to $75.00/hr. w2

• Establish and launch the Regional Champions Program.
• Develop and manage the long-term sustainment strategy.
• Create adoption roadmaps and engagement plans.
• Define hotel support and reinforcement approaches.
• Develop hotel-facing communications plans.
• Create newsletters, campaigns, and adoption messaging.
• Manage recurring communications calendars.
• Ensure alignment with broader Groups & Events messaging.
• Lead development of videos, quick guides, toolkits, job aids, and FAQs.
• Partner with SMEs to translate system capabilities into easy-to-use resources.
• Support conference activations, webinars, and office hours.
• Gather hotel feedback and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Promote best practice sharing across participating hotels.

• Technology change management and communications experience.
• Learning and enablement content creation, including videos and articles.
• Ability to quickly understand complex subjects and synthesize for hotel audiences.
• Creative approaches to drive user adoption and sustainment.
• Global technology-change experience preferred.
• Hospitality or hotel industry experience preferred.
• Prior Delphi experience a plus.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
