Electronic Repair TechnicianReports to:
Production Supervisor
Work Model:
Onsite at Bartlesville, OK Facility. This role contributes to the Process Automation, Measurement and Analytics business area in the USA.
- Conduct functional, in‑circuit, and diagnostic tests on electronic circuit boards and assemblies.
- Operate and maintain automated test equipment (ATE) and manual testing instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
- Troubleshoot and identify root causes of board failures, documenting test results and corrective actions.
- Interpret schematics, technical drawings, and engineering documentation to support test procedures and troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve product issues and improve testing processes.
- Perform board‑level rework, soldering, and component replacement as needed to support troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, ESD controls, and quality management systems.
- Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent military training or work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic testing, troubleshooting, or related manufacturing roles.
- Prior experience soldering small electronic components is recommended.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuit theory, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and power supplies.
- Advanced soldering skills for rework and component replacement.
- You are currently able to work in the US without Visa sponsorship.
