Our Branch Associates earn a wage of $31,000 - $33,000 per year based on experience with monthly and yearly bonus opportunities. We also offer excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, insurance, a 401k plan, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan for our full‑time employees.

• Take pride in keeping the retail store clean and organized.
• Meticulous about tracking inventory, filling orders, ensuring stock is ready for reorders, and assisting with shipping and receiving.
• Prepare and oversee jobs for the next day, ensuring equipment and supplies are ready to be loaded into trucks.
• Help customers depend on you to get what they need when they need it, ensuring jobs are completed properly and efficiently.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to pass a pre‑employment physical examination.
• Must pass a D.O.T physical and drug test.
• Willing to learn, work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and time‑management skills.

This is a full‑time position. Our hours of operation are Monday‑Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. Saturday schedules can be adjusted at the Branch Manager’s discretion.
