Merchandising Sales Associate

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to perform tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, working varied hours, completing planograms and resets accurately, maintaining visual standards, performing measurements, completing store layout initiatives, cycle counts, hanging signage, assembling merchandise, and ensuring excellent customer service through GURA:
Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, and Add Value.

Required Qualifications include prior retail or merchandising experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.

Preferred Skills include strong communication, problem-solving, computer skills, interpersonal skills, and self-direction.

Working Conditions involve indoor and outdoor environments, travel between store locations, and physical activity including lifting, standing, walking, and reaching.

Physical Requirements include the ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, operate store equipment, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
