Our High-Volume Service Department is seeking Service Advisors to guide customers through the auto maintenance and repair process, advise customers on service options and costs, schedule appointments, follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion, and more!

• Guide customers through the auto maintenance and repair process, advise customers on service options and costs, schedule appointments for vehicle repair service/maintenance/recall work, and more.
• Greet customers, answer questions, offer 'special promotions' and additional products
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work and ensure customers are satisfied
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Service Advisor and/or Dealership experience is preferred
• Reynolds and Reynolds / ADP System preferred(Both keyboard and cloud-based tablet)
• Good sales, customer service, communication, and computer skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
