Leisure Planning Coordinator

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help coordinate leisure plans, reservations, and important trip details.

As a Leisure Planning Coordinator
, you'll assist clients with organizing preferences, researching options, and keeping planning details on track from the initial request through confirmation.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Gather client preferences, dates, and planning needs
• Research accommodations, activities, and transportation options
• Assist with reservations and confirmations
• Coordinate schedules and important timing details
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Help organize itinerary information
• Maintain accurate client records
• Assist with changes or special requests when needed

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort working independently
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Comfortable researching and comparing options
• Adaptability when plans change

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
