Implant Technical Advisor for Dental Laboratory

R-Dent Dental Laboratory, Inc. ("R-Dent"), one of the largest privately‑owned labs in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi, is seeking an experienced Implant Technical Advisor for its dental lab. The role is on‑site, day‑shift full‑time.

Description

The Implant Technical Advisor must have experience in CAD implant design, surgical guides, implant parts/orders, chairside conversions, training doctors on implants, and discussing implant treatment plans with doctors.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions and design Implants, All‑on‑4 Cases, and Full‑Arch Implants (including implant abutments).
• Design and plan surgical guides.
• Order parts for implant cases, place implant parts in models, and quality‑check implant orders in 3
  
  Shape.
• Perform chairside conversions and train doctors on implant techniques (in‑person or remote); discuss treatment plans with doctors for all implant case types.
• Work onsite (not remote) and solve production problems to meet daily laboratory requirements.

Compensation

Up to $30 per hour (based on skill, experience, and ability). Salary: $27 – $32 per hour.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (Onsite)

Required Education / Experience

• At least five years of CAD/CAM and implant experience; CDT certification strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of CAD implant design (including All‑on‑4, Full‑Arch Implants, and implant abutments) using 3
  
  Shape or Exocad.
• Experience designing surgical guides using Read Guide, Chrome, or other software.
• Proficiency in ordering parts, placing them in models, and QC’ing implant orders in 3
  
  Shape.
• Ability to perform chairside conversions, train doctors on implant techniques (in‑person/remote), and discuss treatment plans with doctors for all implant case types.

Other Requirements

Candidate must live in the Greater Memphis area (or be willing to relocate), be authorized to work in the United States, and be at least eighteen years of age.
