Dental Hygienist – Full Time

Heartland Dental is seeking an enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join the Bartlett, Tennessee clinic located at 7519 Hwy 64.

• 7519 Hwy 64, Bartlett, TN 38133
• Full‑time – Monday to Friday with flexible hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.)

• Current dental hygienist license in Tennessee.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR certification.

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to learn and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care.
• Clinical skills as required by the office.

• Ability to perform essential duties, including intermittent virtual or in‑person training sessions throughout the year.
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing; lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
• TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions, completed prior to starting employment.
