CVS Specialty Pharmacy has an exciting opportunity for Pharmacists in our mail service pharmacy in Bartlett, TN. As a pharmacist, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, offer leadership and guidance to supporting staff, and interact with health care professionals in the provision and coordination of customer care. You will direct personnel such as PSRs and Pharmacy Technicians in daily activities related to clinical and distributive services, ensuring all tasks meet CVS Health standards and comply with SOPs and regulatory constraints.
The Pharmacist is primarily responsible for distributive services, verifying orders for delivery, and ensuring accurate medication picking, packing, and distribution to patients. The role combines clinical and fulfillment responsibilities with a flexible alternating schedule.

Required Qualifications- Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Active license as a practicing pharmacist in TN.
- 1+ years of working experience as a licensed pharmacist.
- 1 year of Pharmacy Specialty experience or Pharm

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $45.43 - $76.15 per hour. This range reflects the base hourly rate for the position and may vary based on experience, education, geography, and other factors. The position is eligible for bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive programs in addition to base pay.
