Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Generalist / Talent Management
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our client in the Nashville, TN area. This role serves as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, helping drive people initiatives that support business goals while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and workplace concerns
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including onboarding and new hire integration
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Partner with leadership on change management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze HR data and trends to provide recommendations and support business decisions
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with compensation, benefits, and employee development programs
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and inclusive workplace environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
- Manufacturing, distribution, or multi‑site experience is preferred but not required

Pay Details: $72,000.00 to $83,000.00 per year
