• Serve as the primary on-site contact for equipment coordination during large-scale live events
• Manage logistics and service for up to 300+ pieces of equipment, ensuring proper working conditions
• Conduct site visits and advance assessments to ensure logistical feasibility and readiness
• Lead on-site safety protocols and troubleshoot technical or logistical issues during events
• Maintain accurate event documentation and communicate real-time updates to stakeholders

• 5+ years of proven experience managing on-site production for live events, concerts, or similar
• Strong understanding of event logistics and site operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to read technical drawings
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required by event schedules
• CPR/First Aid certification and OSHA 30 certification required

• Previous experience in the equipment rental industry
• Familiarity with Sunbelt systems
• Valid driver’s license and passport strongly encouraged
