As the Director of Nursing for Critical Care Services
, you will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to implement and evaluate nursing practices while ensuring optimal patient care and staff performance. This role is pivotal in maintaining clinical excellence
, supporting staff development
, and managing resources effectively within ICU and critical care units
.

• Partner with the CNO to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing operations across critical care units.
• Provide leadership and operational oversight to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Promote evidence-based nursing practices and compliance with clinical standards.
• Advocate for the nursing profession and serve as a role model for staff.
• Drive staff retention and development while managing unit resources efficiently.

Licensure:

• Active and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of residence/practice.

Education:

• Required: Associate degree in nursing with a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or BSN.
• Preferred: MSN or a master’s degree in a healthcare-related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in progressive nursing management roles within a hospital setting.
• At least 2 years of experience in critical care nursing

Certifications:

• CPR certification required.

• Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational outcomes in high-pressure environments.
• Critical Care Expertise: Strong understanding of critical care nursing practices
