The (USA) Tire and Battery Service Advisor will join the team at Sam's Club's TBC (Tire and Battery Center) to provide high-quality customer service, technical knowledge, and support to members. This role involves collaborating with team members, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, and driving sales of tire and battery services.

• Team Member
  :
  Collaborate with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educate associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians, communicating and developing interpersonal skills for safe, efficient customer service.
• Expert
  :
  Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications and seasonality, and Point of Sale systems; employ phone and in‑person selling techniques.
• Techie
  :
  Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, elevate associate engagement, use handheld technology and systems to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information and training.
• Owner
  :
  Communicate equipment, tools and supplies needs to TBC Lead, track returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain inventory accuracy, audit safety and compliance standards, report complaints, hazards, documentation required and manage merchandise packaging and storage per company policies.
• Talent Ambassador
  :
  Serve as a brand advocate, fostering a high‑quality service experience, modeling respectful, supportive, team‑oriented behavior, and assisting in training team members while following company ethics and standards.

• Valid state‑issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

• Auto‑service industry experience.
• Retail experience.
