Inside Sales Representative for Dental Lab

Are you a motivated self-starter who thrives on sales and building relationships? R-Dent Dental Lab, the largest, privately owned dental lab in Tennessee/Mississippi/Arkansas is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team!

In this role, you'll be the voice of R-Dent - making outbound sales calls, growing customer accounts, and ensuring every dentist feels valued and supported. You'll partner with our technical team to resolve issues quickly, promote our products and services, and help drive sales growth across our region.

Compensation:Starting at $21-23 per hour with monthly incentive opportunity

Schedule: Mondays-Thursdays 8am-4pm (or 8:30am-4:30pm) and Fridays from 8am-12pm.

• Make proactive outbound sales calls to generate new cases and grow existing accounts.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and urgency.
• Resolve customer issues while building long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Support marketing promotions and cross-sell additional lab services.
• Use CRM tools to track calls, update accounts, and manage your pipeline.

• Confident communicator - persuasive, professional and great at handling objections.

• Customer-focused - you know how to make clients feel valued and supported.
• At least 1 year of inside sales experience on the telephone is required(dental/medical preferred).
• Applicants must be at least eighteen and authorized to work in United States.
