• Build meaningful relationships by proactively engaging with customers and understanding their insurance needs.
• Provide expert guidance on insurance products and services tailored to individual customers.
• Assist with policy applications, renewals, and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions to support excellent service.
• Collaborate closely with agency departments to ensure customer satisfaction and agency growth.

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or similar customer-focused positions, demonstrating your ability to connect with clients and drive results.
• Have or are willing to obtain property & casualty, life and health insurance licenses.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that make you approachable and effective in building trust.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent multitasking abilities to manage various customer needs efficiently.
• A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
