We are a customer‑first, service‑driven team that believes in building real relationships—not just selling policies.

- Engage with customer (in‑person, phone, and email) to understand their needs and recommend the right insurance solutions
- Sell and service a range of personal and commercial insurance products
- Be a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson—educating clients on coverage, options, and benefits
- Process quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes with accuracy and speed
- Track and follow up on leads, claims, and customer inquiries
- Maintain detailed records and documentation (yes, the small stuff matters!)
- High attention to detail
- Strong sales instincts— but also a heart for service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self‑starter attitude with a collaborative spirit
- Active Insurance license (Property & Casualty license strongly preferred, Life & Health a plus)
