About The Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical professional to support the successful delivery of business and digital change initiatives. Acting as a key link between business stakeholders and delivery teams, you will analyse processes, identify opportunities for improvement, gather and define requirements, and produce clear, structured documentation. By providing valuable business insight and ensuring requirements are well understood before entering technical delivery, you will help drive efficient, high‑quality outcomes and enable delivery teams to work with confidence and clarity.

This role is based at Barton‑upon‑Humber with the option of hybrid working, up to 2 days per week from home.

Main Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyse business requirements, processes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Work with stakeholders to document requirements, define scope, priorities, and desired outcomes.
  • Produce clear documentation to support decision making and successful technical delivery.
  • Assess the impact of change and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Support project delivery through effective analysis, validation, stakeholder engagement, testing and go live support.
  • Ensure you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
Desired Skills and Knowledge
  • Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements, processes and workflows.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical and non‑technical requirements clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions to capture needs and define solutions.
  • Experience in process mapping and modelling.
  • Experience in driving business decisions, including business case production.
  • Proficient in using a variety of IT tools, including Microsoft Office tools and ideally Jira, with excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Flexible working approach, able to deal with an evolving business environment with a positive can‑do attitude.
