Wren Kitchens is seeking a diligent Contracts Customer Care Advisor to join our Contracts and Social Housing team in the United Kingdom. You will manage post-completion aftercare for house builders and homeowners, coordinating with installers to meet SLAs and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, using CRMs and portals to track cases, raise POs, and ensure timely resolutions while maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
