Are you looking for a flexible and rewarding teaching opportunity in secondary schools? - no formal teaching qualification required!

Vision for Education are currently looking to appoint a high motivated Cover Supervisor to deliver various lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 on an ad hoc basis with the possibility of short/longer term roles for the right candidate in their subject specialism. The Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons whilst managing classroom behaviour.

Requirements:

The desired Cover Supervisor will:

Have experience teaching large groups of students aged
Have the ability to build a quick rapport with students
Have the ability to de-escalate challenging behaviours
