Cover Cleaner

About The Role

Zero‑hours cleaning role supporting operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours guaranteed; shifts offered based on business needs. Flexible worker required to accept or decline shifts offered.

Hourly Rate: £12.71

Location: Barton-upon-Humber, Lincolnshire, DN185DA

• Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and meeting client needs.
• Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within the first week to learn the cleaning specification and equipment use.
• Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

• Positive, friendly attitude and willingness to make a difference.
• Local to the area.
• Cleaning experience preferred but not required (full training provided).
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic spoken English for safety and communication.
• Good social skills and the ability to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
