Team Leader- Late Shift

About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join our manufacturing site in Barton-upon-Humber. The shift will be from Monday to Friday, 15:30 - 00:00.

£33,000 + £1,000 shift allowance + Quarterly Bonus up to £250

• Lead and support the late‑shift team to meet production and quality targets.
• Support day‑to‑day production and warehouse tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure quality control, health and safety, PPE and uniform standards are followed.
• Monitor stock levels and support efficient replenishment.
• Identify performance issues and opportunities for improvement.
• In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

• Previous experience leading a team within a warehouse or production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety standards and workplace compliance.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Reliable, committed and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
