Competitive pay: $0.56–$0.64 per mile (based on experience)
Average weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,400
Weekly miles: 1,900–2,300
Freight type: 100% no-touch dry van with half drop & hook
Route coverage:
Midwest only, no freight west of the MississippiHome schedule:
Out 14 days, home 34 to 48 hoursAssigned trucks — take your truck home
Modern fleet: 2021+ Freightliner and Kenworth T680 automatic trucks
Direct deposit every week
Full benefits after just 30 days, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
Extra earnings for detention, layovers, and additional stops
Rider allowed starting day one
Pet-friendly policy — bring one dog under 30 lbs post‑training
Paid orientation $300
Travel and lodging expenses covered
Round‑the‑clock dispatch support
Valid Class A CDL required
Completion of 120+ hours at accredited CDL school
Paid regional/OTR training lasting 4 to 6 weeks
Scheduled home time every other week during training (34–48 hours)
Rider and pet privileges after training completion
Minimum age: 21 years
Clean driving record — no major incidents or violations within the past five years
No safety‑related terminations
Consistent employment or training history for the last 10 years (acceptable school/training gaps)
No DUI/DWI, felony, or misdemeanor convictions in the last decade
Must successfully pass urine and hair drug tests
