Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our food menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens
- Stay current on our cocktail program, wine list, and beverage offerings to make informed recommendations
- Maintain restaurant appearance through regular housekeeping duties including polishing silverware, glassware, and maintaining dining room cleanliness
- Accurately process orders and payments through our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service execution
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and ongoing menu education
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of fine dining service experience preferred
- TABC certification (current or willing to obtain)
- Food Handler's certification (current or willing to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
