The Production Supervisor at Assure Infusions will oversee daily manufacturing operations in a cGMP-compliant environment, ensuring adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and regulatory standards. This role is critical to maintaining product quality, safety, and efficiency in sterile infusion production.

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily output and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and GDP requirements across all processes.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and SOPs.
• Manage and train at team of 10 FTE on best practices and regulatory standards.
• Review batch records and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate production reports and elevate deviations as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and reduce waste.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or sterile manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and GDP principles.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with sterile infusion products or aseptic processing.
• Familiarity with regulatory audits and compliance reporting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
